To celebrate the Season 3 premiere of Emily in Paris, Netflix lit the Empire State Building in the show's signature pink—an unmistakable visual across the New York skyline.
The lighting served as the capstone to a week of activity across the city. Cast members appeared on Good Morning America as part of "Emily in Paris Week," the season premiered at the historic Paris Theater, fans stepped into the show's world at the Emily in Little Paris holiday market takeover, and an official reception was held at the French Consulate.
Once the building lit up, the moment quickly moved online. Cast members shared photos of the pink tower across their social channels and encouraged fans around the city to tag them in their own shots. Within hours, images of the building were circulating widely as the cast reposted fan photos from rooftops, streets, and apartment windows across Manhattan.
