LA Closet Design is unlike most design firms—it lives in the rarefied world of ultra-luxury closets, serving a global, high-net-worth clientele entirely through reputation and word of mouth. For nearly two decades, the business had never formalized a brand strategy, visual identity, or marketing system. That worked at the highest levels of referral, but it left no foundation for growth, partnerships, or new revenue streams. Working alongside Founder and CEO Lisa Adams, I defined their audience, clarified positioning, and built a comprehensive visual identity system that could flex across projects of all scales. I also developed a premium content strategy—hero films, social storytelling, and digital assets—that showcases the artistry of their work while strengthening long-term brand equity. The result is a refined, scalable brand presence that honors the reputation they’ve earned while creating new strategic pathways for growth and expansion.
