Netflix is a Joke Fest 2024 Visual Identity + Integrated Campaign
Building on the foundation of the Netflix Is a Joke brand, the 2024 Fest identity expanded that world into a citywide event system—one that could connect hundreds of shows, venues, and experiences across Los Angeles. The challenge was to create a visual language bold enough to cut through an ad-saturated city, yet flexible enough to live everywhere: on billboards, venue signage, coasters, merch, digital banners, and beyond. The result, Slap, Stick, anchored in the brand’s black-and-white DNA but layered with bursts of irreverent color and tactile sticker graphics that carried copy, jokes, and wayfinding. It became the connective tissue of the festival—instantly recognizable, wildly adaptable, and unmistakably Netflix.
